Scene 15 Page 1

INT. DAY. SECOND STORY SOUND STAGE.

(The roof crashes in like a ramp descending from the ceiling. The car starts to roll off backwards.)

SNAKE
Step on the brake!

INT. DAY. CAR

(We see HENSON’S foot step on the brake.)

INT. DAY. SECOND STORY SOUND STAGE.

(The car stops rolling. There is another loud crack. The other part of the ceiling gives way. The car and section of roof lands on the second floor of the sound stage with a terrific boom, and relatively little damage to our group. We look around and discover another movie set. This set is of a 40's ball room. There are hundreds of ELVIS and MARYLYN MONROE look-alikes standing about stunned. They were swing dancing when the roof caved in. The foursome and SKIP look around.)

ALL FOUR
This is weird.

(SKIP wakes up.)

EVE
I’m in movie hell.

(SKIP passes out. EVERYONE looks to BIG SHOT DIRECTOR to see what he will do. The Cameras are still rolling. He raises his hand as if to say “Cut”, but no.)

BIG SHOT DIRECTOR
We can use this. Keep rolling. Everyone keep dancing. Some of you dance on the hood of the car.

(A couple ELVIS and MARYLYN MONROE dancers get on the car hood and start dancing. The extra weight is to much. There is another loud crack. The floor gives way again and the car plummets to the bottom floor. The DANCERS jump clear.)

BIG SHOT DIRECTOR
Cut. Print that.

INT. DAY. BOTTOM FLOOR SOUND STAGE.

(In the same manner as the roof, the second floor  deliveries the car to the bottom floor. The space is empty except for some set carpenters on break standing around the craft services table. They’re unfazed, and unimpressed by this entrance.)

CARPENTER
Quiet on set!

SNAKE
Which was out?

CARPENTER
There.

(The foursome look. The load in doors are open and show us a straight shot out to the back gates.  There isn’t a single police car in sight. They haven’t had time to respond to this new circumstance.)

HENSON
Good things are happen.

SNAKE
Ew yeah! Puppets rule!

(The boys gun it. They take off.)

CARPENTER
(Derisive.) Extras.
